An electronic petition is an initiative (proposal) that is published on a specially created platform for collecting signatures under the text of the petition.

An electronic petition must state the essence of the appeal, indicate the surname, first name, patronymic of the author (initiator) of the petition, and e-mail address.

The author (initiator) is responsible for the content of the petition.

After registration, the petition must collect at least 300 electronic signatures within 60 days from the date of publication. After that, it will be considered. If the electronic petition does not collect the required number of votes, it will be considered as a written appeal.

This system meets all the necessary requirements of the Law of Ukraine on electronic petitions (No. 577-VIII of 02.07.2015) and allows you to ensure a single high level of quality service to citizens regarding the submission of electronic petitions.
