The IREX Veterans Reintegration Program aims to improve the quality and accessibility of services for Ukrainian veterans during their transition from military to civilian life. This is achieved by strengthening the institutional capacity of state and non-state structures that provide these services. The main objectives of the program include expanding access to psychosocial and physical rehabilitation, as well as improving opportunities for vocational training, retraining and employment for veterans, including vulnerable groups of defenders.
