We have news for our fellow countrymen who plan to purchase their own home through this mortgage lending program.

THE STATE REDUCES THE RATE TO 3%

From July 17, the number of people who can apply for a preferential mortgage at just 3% per annum is significantly expanding (previously, the rate for them was 7%).

Now these conditions are available to:

* war veterans and combatants;

* people with disabilities as a result of war;

* families of deceased war veterans;

* families of the fallen defenders of Ukraine.

The preferential rate of 3% is fixed for the first 10 years of lending (from the 11th year - 6%).

Most importantly, the Siverskodonetsk City Military Administration helps solve the problem with initial capital.

The community directly reimburses 50% of the first payment for "eSettlement" (but not more than 250,000 UAH)! This means that the financial burden at the start is reduced, and significantly more families of our IDPs will finally be able to purchase their own apartments or houses in any safe region of Ukraine.
