The third draw for preferential loans for the purchase of housing for IDPs 60+ from our community has taken place. We congratulate the winners and are collecting the first feedback — very emotional and sincere.

Natalia Popova hopes that buying her own home will make life a little easier: "My husband and I are both 63, and to be honest, we haven't seen any prospects. It's very difficult to survive. We're still working — but, so to speak, with our last strength. Who knows how much more we'll have to work, but now having our own home will be much easier. Thank you for creating such programs, don't forget about older people. It's clear that it's hard for young people too, but they have more strength than our generation. In short, we're overwhelmed with emotions. Now we'll look for an apartment! I hope we'll have time to do everything in a month."

It is really very difficult for the older generation to survive in modern conditions. Svitlana Stadnik also told us about this: "This is a very pleasant surprise, because I did not expect anything from these draws at all. People my age in this situation — when they left everything at home and left with only packages of documents, who managed to grab something — they have no hope at all. Young people are still making some plans for themselves, and it is already difficult for us. Both emotionally and physically. Therefore, I am very grateful to our administration that they are looking for some ways to somehow help people. It is very nice that they do not forget us and do not abandon us."

And Olga Samarskaya expressed a wish that is hard to disagree with: "I'm so emotional, I'm crying! I'm so happy. If the war had ended, if they'd stopped shooting and crushed that guy in Moscow somewhere, it would have been good. To be honest, this is my first good luck in my entire life. Now I'll look for something, because I have to run, there's not much time. But, God willing, everything will work out. Thank you very much to the entire administration, may everything be well with you, may you be healthy, and may the war end quickly!"
