Oleksiy Viktorovych Myrshavy
Born in Luhansk. Graduated from Luhansk comprehensive school No. 51. After graduating from school, he worked as a forester in Stanytsia Luhanska.
Before signing the contract with the Armed Forces of Ukraine, he lived in the city of Severskodonetsk. He was drafted into the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine by the Bilovodsky Regional Military District of the Luhansk region. He served as a detachment commander - commander of a vehicle of the 1st mechanized detachment of the 1st mechanized platoon of the 3rd mechanized company of the 1st mechanized battalion of the 92nd separate mechanized brigade and lived with his family in the city of Chuguiv.
By Decree of the President of Ukraine No. 447/2022 of June 26, 2022, he was awarded the Order "For Courage" of the 3rd degree "for personal courage and selfless actions shown in the defense of the state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, loyalty to the military oath."
"For personal courage and heroism shown in defending the state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, selfless service to the Ukrainian people, I decree:
To confer the title of Hero of Ukraine with the award of the Order of the Gold Star to MYRSHAV Oleksiy Viktorovych – Junior Sergeant (posthumously).

He died near the village of Novoselivske, Svatyiv district, Luhansk region.
