From now on, residents of the Siverskodonetsk community have the opportunity to declare their place of residence or the place of residence of their child online through the Unified Portal of Public Services Diya.
What you need for this:
-log in to your personal account on the Diya portal;
-fill out an electronic application;
-confirm it using an electronic signature;
-if necessary, obtain online consent from the owner/co-owners of the home.
Please note:
-online registration is possible only for housing, information about which is entered in the State Register of Real Property Rights to Real Estate;
- the applicant must have an ID card or a foreign biometric passport;
- availability of a personal account on the Diya portal for property owners/co-owners.
Administrative fee in 2026:
UAH 49.92 (1.5% of the subsistence minimum) - when applying within the established period (within 30 days after changing your place of residence or up to 3 months for a newborn child);
83.20 UAH (2.5%) - in case of untimely application.

Declaration of children:
-up to 14 years of age, the place of residence is declared by one of the parents;
-consent of the other parent (except in certain cases);
-from the age of 14, a child can submit an application on their own.
Important: Currently, the residence declaration service is available to citizens of Ukraine, namely for:
- non-conscripted men under 16 years of age and over 60 years of age;
- women not subject to military service;
-children.
